Armela MAXHELAKU, Currently Full-time Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana, previously Expert of EU Funds at the Albanian Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy. Previously she has been Expert of EU Funds at the Albanian Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy. She partecipate as anti-corruption expert to the “Drafting a set of guidelines on codes of conduct for public entities” Project of the Italian National Anti-Corruption Authority.
Mirjon BRAHIMLLARI, Currently Advisor at the High Judicial Council (among other tasks, legal inquiry and drafting of individual and sub-legal drafts; Drafting legal opinions, policies, statements and positions on behalf of the Council or its commissions and contributing to the drafting of laws in the field of Council activity taking into account the need for approximation with European legislation). Previously he was Head of Unit, Justice Programmes and Anticorruption, Department of Justice Programmes at the Ministry of Justice of Albania. He has a MSC in European Studies and European Integration on european Legislation.
Montenegro
Natasha SARDZOSKA Currently at the Ss. Cyril and Methodious University – Skopje, Macedonia. Has extensive experience in assisting of assessment, monitoring and implementation of EU-funded projects. She had an experience at the Ministry of Justice of the Italian Republic / EU- funded CARDS 2005 Twinning Project Fight against Organized Crime and Corruption referring to Montenegro context.
North Macedonia
Rozeta TRAJAN, General Secretary of the Secretariat of the State Commission for Prevention of Corruption, Skopje Republic of North Macedonia. Among other competences, the Secretary General provides professional support to the Commission and ensures smooth functioning of the State Commission; Cooperates with the ministries and other state bodies, especially on issues of strategic priorities and policy analysis. Previously she has been State Councilor for Legal Affairs and Head of Department at the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Macedonia.
Serbia
Katarina NIKOLIĆ, Currently Advisory position on International Cooperation Matters At the Ministry Of Justice Of The Republic Of Serbia (since 2015). Formally appointed representative of Serbia in: The Council of Europe Group of States Against Corruption (GRECO); Senior Representative of the Serbian Ministry of Justice at the Regional Anti-Corruption Initiative (RAI); Contact Point before the Republic of Serbia in the European Judicial Network (EJN) and the European Union’s Judicial Cooperation Unit (EUROJUST); Contact point for the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) working group on combatting organised crime.
Goran IVIĆ, From 2011 he is Senior Counselor at the Serbian Anti-corruption Agency, Belgrade, with tasks – among others – on Analysis and control of costs and sources of political entities financing; Control and publication of revised and consolidated financial statements of the political parties; Creating a methodology of risk analysis and determining the priority order by which reports are controlled.
