24 July 2012 – Fernanda Baumhardt, a Brazilian filmmaker, uses participatory video in her African experience. Local communities explain their problems caused by climate changes and how they have managed to overcome them. 22 July 2012 - The Bolivian foundation FAN “Fundación Amigos de la Naturaleza” receives the World Educational Award from IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature) for its awareness campaign using participatory video. Farmers from Postrervalle explain the problems and challenges they have to face due to climate change.

Second meeting of the VISTA Partners. A new partner enters into the consortium, Granaforma. During the meeting the results of the first research phase are introduced and the Partners discuss about a first idea for the training materials that will be addressed to trainers, teachers and adult educators.
