The Italian Civil Protection Department, leader of the PROMEDHE project, will host the “Specialized Training Course on the Safeguard of Cultural Heritage” to be held in Città di Castello (PG), Italy, from 14 to 19 May 2017.
The course aims at providing all the participants with knowledge of the international recognized tools, actions and methods available for the safeguard of endangered cultural heritage during emergencies and in their aftermath. The subject covered will include: damage and risk assessment, documentation, prioritization, security and stabilization of cultural assets.
The course will last five days, and an additional day to undertake a study visit in the nearby of Città di Castello.
