28 August 2012 – PATER (Territorial Employment Pact in the Ribera county) will incorporate the method of participatory video in its training workshops. It will use its expertise in the European project VISTA to incorporate this method in the courses and workshops offered.
To harness the potential and capabilities offered by the method of participatory video in the personal development of participants incorporating this innovative method in the various workshops for unemployed offered. This is the purpose of PATER for next year, in which it will promote the realization of participatory video as a parallel and complementary activity to the training courses. In this way participants will develop the capabilities that this method enables: communication, social, relational and organizational skills, self-esteem, confidence, teamwork, etc. This involves incorporating the experience acquired in the European project VISTA, which investigates the educational and training possibilities of participatory video among disadvantaged, through making documentaries as a complementary activity of the occupational workshops for unemployed people.
28 agosto 2012 – PATER (Territorial Employment Pact in the Ribera county) inserirà il metodo del video partecipativo nei propri laboratori di formazione.
Utilizzerà l’esperienza acquisita grazie al progetto VISTA per incorporare questo metodo nei propri corsi e seminari rivolti a disoccupati, al fine di sfruttare le potenzialità e le capacità offerte dal metodo del video partecipativo per lo sviluppo personale dei partecipanti. Questo è l’obiettivo di PATER per il prossimo anno, durante il quale promuoverà la realizzazione del video partecipativo come attività parallela e complementare ai corsi di formazione. In questo modo e grazie a tale metodo, i partecipanti avranno modo di sviluppare competenze sociali, relazionali e organizzative, di comunicazione, l’autostima, la fiducia, il lavoro di squadra…
Si tratta di integrare l’esperienza acquisita nel progetto europeo VISTA, che indaga le possibilità educative e di formazione del video partecipativo tra gli svantaggiati, attraverso la realizzazione di documentari come attività complementare dei laboratori professionali rivolti alle persone disoccupate.
